Design, Planning & Building Regulation for what started out to be a Full Refurbishment, Loft Conversion and Side Extension, however upon commencement the existing floor slab of the bungalow had failed – the whole bungalow had to be demolished and we ended building a New Build House on the same footprint & design. Oak cladding to the front & rear gables.
