Design, Planning & Building Regulation for an Oak Framed 3 bedroom Family Home on a Green Field plot in Buxted.

This was a tricky Planning project which was handled in conjunction with a Planning Consultant as it was outside the Development Boundary so no precedent for New Build was set. Planning granted in 2019 – currently still under construction. Stunning internal Oak Frame, with raised oak trusses and vaulted ceilings throughout.
